Order Processing

All Dakshan Jewels orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days from the date of order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your shipment.

Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping across India. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier partner. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, peak periods, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping details, including your name, address, phone number and PIN code, are entered correctly while placing your order.

Dakshan Jewels is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears delayed or shows an unusual tracking status, please contact us and we’ll help you check with the courier.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos and record an unboxing video from the sealed package before opening it. This will be required to raise a claim for a damaged order.

Important

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We currently offer online payment only and do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) or express shipping.
