Our stainless-steel pieces are designed to be water resistant, so normal daily exposure to water is fine.You can wear it around normal water and sweat, For maximum longevity, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals and beauty products. - Can I sleep wearing it?
Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but removing jewellery during sleep can help preserve the finish and avoid unnecessary friction. - What is 316L stainless steel?
316L is a high-grade stainless steel commonly used where durability and corrosion resistance are important. It's one of the reasons we chose it for our everyday jewellery.
- What is PVD gold plating?
PVD is a plating process that creates a durable gold finish over the stainless-steel base. - Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
- Our jewellery is made with high-quality, skin-friendly materials such as 316L stainless steel and 18K PVD gold plating, making it suitable for most skin types. However, if you have a known metal allergy, we recommend checking the material details before wearing.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Do you offer COD?
Currently, we accept online payments only. - Can I return/exchange?
As our jewellery is packed especially for each order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection or sizing issues.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with your unboxing video and order details. We'll review the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.
The unboxing video is required to help us verify any damage or missing/incorrect items and process your request quickly.
