  • All payments must be made online through secure payment gateways. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless explicitly stated.
  • Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on your location and courier partner services. Dakshan Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return. Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with valid unboxing video proof. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • Our jewellery is designed for durability and everyday wear. However, longevity may vary based on usage and care. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and storing jewellery in a dry place when not in use.
