Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return. We accept returns/replacements only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

Reporting an Issue

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear unboxing video proof. Without proof, we may not be able to process the request.

Refund / Replacement

If approved wrt. refund and return policy, you can choose:

  • Replacement (subject to availability and charges applicable) 

  • Refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
